【摘 要】目的：分析在神经外科临床护理工作过程中存在的危险因素。方法：选择院内神经外科从2017年5月～2018年12月入院治疗的80例住院病人，对其分类采取不同护理方式。结果：观察组整体护理满意度达到了97.50%，对照组中的满意度达到90.00%(P<0.05)。结论：通过在神经外科进行护理安全管理，能够提高患者护理上的满意度。
