鸡胚地龙接骨膏治疗骨折的实验研究(1)

     【摘要】 目的 观察鸡胚地龙接骨膏促进骨折愈合的过程及其机理。方法 将60只新西兰大白兔制作骨折动物模型,随机分成三组,治疗组20只,于患处外贴鸡胚地龙接骨膏,对照组20只,口服伤科接骨片,开放组20只,不使用任何药物。三组均以相同大小外用绷带、胶布固定,治疗28天。分别于术后7天、术后14天、术后21天、术后28天处死动物,取桡骨标本作X线检查、抗折力测试、骨折处组织学观察、骨痂评分并应用微机图像处理系统作骨痂内骨系细胞立体定量分析。结果 治疗组术后21天新西兰大白兔伤肢完全愈合,骨折线消失,骨髓腔再通,而对照组和开放组动物骨折处未愈合,断端清晰可见。X线检查显示治疗组的骨折修复优于对照组和开放组,并且生物力学性能、骨痂评分及骨痂内成骨细胞立体定量均显著高于对照组和开放组(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论 鸡胚地龙接骨膏外贴治疗能加速促进骨折愈合过程和提高骨折愈合质量。

    Experimental study of the influence of Jipeijiegu ointment for treatment of fracture

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Jipeijiegu ointment for the treatment of fracture and explore its mechanism.

    Methods Animal fracture models were made in in 60 rabbits.They were divided randomly into treatment group,control group and open group.The treatment group was given JiPeijiegu ointment,while the control group was given shangkejiegutabella,and the open group didn't given medicine. All rabbits were fixed with the same bandageand adhesive tapefor 28 days.The animals were sacrificed respectively in the 7th,14th,21st and the 28th day after treatment,and the radius specimen were examined by Xray,restence test, histological observation,calus score,and made cell stereoquantitative analysis on bone cell lineage within osteotylus by using computer image processing system.Results The wounded limbs repaired completely,fracture disappeared and marrow cavity unobstructed again in treatment group within 21 days after operation,the Xray films suggested that the fracture healing of the treatment group were better than that of the control group and the open group.the result of biomechanical property tested and integrate intensity of callus by Xray film and bone cell lineage within osteotylus by using computer image processing system of the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group and the open group(P<0 ......
