【摘要】 目的 探讨复方甘草甜素对过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿免疫功能的影响。
方法 60例过敏性紫癜患儿随机分成两组，对照组采用常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上采用复方甘草甜素治疗，两组均以7天为1个疗程，共治疗2个疗程。治疗前后采集血样进行免疫功能检查。结果①两组临床疗效：治疗组总有效率为93.33%；对照组总有效率为70.0%。两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②两组症状改善情况比较：治疗组皮疹消退时间、腹痛消退时间及关节痛消退时间与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。③两组HSP患儿血清免疫球蛋白水平比较:治疗后治疗组IgG、IgA水平与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。④两组HSP患儿血清T细胞亚群的变化比较:治疗后治疗组CD+3、CD+4、CD+8及CD+4/CD+8变化与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 复方甘草甜素能改善HSP患儿免疫功能，对HSP有较好的治疗效果。

Effects of compound glycyrrhizin on immune function of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effects of compound glycyrrhizin on immune function of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP).
Methods 60 children with HSP were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine treatment and the treatment group received compound glycyrrhizin on the base of routine treatment.The course of treatment was 7 days for both groups， with 2 courses.The blood samples were collected before and after treatment to test immune function.Results ①Clinical effects of both groups:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%，while that of the control group was 70.0%.The total effective rates of the two groups showed significant difference(P<0.05).②Comparison of improvement of symptoms of both groups:Compared with the control group, the resolution time of tetter,bellyache,and arthralgia in the treatment group had significant difference (P<0.01). ③Comparison of the immunoglobulin level of the children with HSP in both groups:There was significant difference between the two groups in the levels of IgG and IgA after treatment (P<0.01).④Comparison of changes of serum level of T cell subgroup of children with HSP in both groups:After treatment，there was significant difference between the two groups in the change of CD+3， CD+4， CD+8 and CD+4/CD+8(P<0 ......
