头颈部肿瘤患者同期放化疗期间营养状况评价(2)
目前，同期放化疗的应用十分广泛， 提高肿瘤治疗的有效性时，更应重视放化疗综合治疗给肿瘤患者带来的营养风险，及时应对，维持患者营养水平，为同期放化疗提供良好的代谢环境；而合理的营养治疗首先需要正确评定每例肿瘤患者的个体营养状况，筛选出具备营养治疗适应证的患者，及时给予科学合理的营养治疗能显著改善患者的营养状况；营养治疗应该贯穿恶性肿瘤综合治疗的整个过程， 治疗方案也应该个体化。
