光动力联合类胶原蛋白敷料治疗中重度痤疮的临床疗效观察(1)
【摘要】目的观察5氨基酮戊酸光动力联合类胶原蛋白敷料治疗中重度痤疮的临床效果。方法选取2016年10月～2017年10月收治的52例中重度痤疮患者，随机分为观察组与对照组各26例。观察组给予5氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗，每周一次，连续2～5次，外用类胶原蛋白敷料，每周3次，连续6周；对照组给予红光治疗，每周2次，外用类胶原蛋白敷料，每周3次，连续6周。对比两组痤疮患者的治疗效果及不良反应。结果观察组中重度痤疮患者的临床痊愈率为50%，总有效率为96.15%，对照组中重度痤疮患者的临床痊愈率为23.08%，总有效率为6923%。观察组的临床痊愈率和总有效率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(χ2值分别为4.064、4.837，P均<005)。两组患者无明显不良反应。结论5氨基酮戊酸光动力联合类胶原蛋白敷料治疗中重度痤疮患者疗效好，无严重不良反应。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of 5aminolevulinic acid photodynamic combined with collagen likedressing in the treatment of moderate and severe acne.MethodsFiftysix cases of moderate and severe acne admitted to hospital from October，2016 to October，2017 were enrolled in this study.All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group，with 28 cases in each goup.The observation group were treated with 5aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy once a week for 2 consecutive times，and given external use of collagenlike dressing 3 times a week for 6 consecutive weeks.And then，clinical effects and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.ResultsThe clinical cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were 50% and 96.15%，respectively.And the clinical cure rate and total effective rate of the control group were 23.08% and 69.23%，respectively.Those of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group，difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.064 and 4.837，respectively，all P<005).No significant adverse reactions were found in both groups.Conclusion5aminolevulinic acid photodynamic combined with collagenlike dressing is effective in the treatment of moderate and severe acne without serious adverse reactions.

痤瘡是一种常见毛囊皮脂腺疾病，好发于中青年，男女发病率没有明显差异，发病的原因与激素分泌异常、皮脂腺分泌异常、痤疮丙酸杆菌感染及局部毛囊炎症反应有关[1～5]。目前临床上常采用口服四环素类或大环内酯类抗生素、维 A 酸或中药制剂等治疗，外用治疗方法有红蓝光、维 A 酸、挑刺治疗、火针、立新七针等[1～9]。这些方法对于轻度痤疮具有良好的疗效，但对于中重度痤疮的疗效不佳，有待尝试新的治疗方法。新近研究显示5氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法能杀灭痤疮丙酸杆菌，具有疗程短、见效快、耐受性好等优点，适用于治疗痤疮[1，9]。为了提高中重度型痤疮的临床疗效，笔者对中重度痤疮患者应用5氨基酮戊酸光动力联合类胶原蛋白敷料治疗，观察临床效果。现将结果报告如下。, http://www.100md.com(余佳林 黄闰娣 刘成)
