    【摘 要】目的 探究精細化护理在果酸换肤术治疗痤疮患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年5月-2022年5月我院收治的200例果酸换肤术治疗痤疮患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组100例。对照组予以常规护理，观察组予以精细化护理，比较两组心理状况、依从性、生活质量及满意度。结果 观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组总依从率为95.00%，高于对照组的82.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组生理功能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康、总体健康、生命活力以及心理健康评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组总满意度为96.00%，高于对照组的76.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对果酸换肤术治疗痤疮患者实施精细化护理可提高其依从性，减轻负性情绪，提升生活质量，且患者满意较高，值得临床应用。
