    【摘 要】目的 分析玉屏風散合消风散加减联合西替利嗪治疗小儿荨麻疹的临床效果。方法 选取我院2017年7月-2022年7月收治的80例荨麻疹患儿为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，每组40例。对照组予以西替利嗪，观察组在对照组基础上加用玉屏风散合消风散加减。比较两组临床疗效、中医症状评分以及风团体征改善情况。结果 观察组治疗有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组治疗后口干口渴、心烦易怒、大便干燥、手足心热、小便短赤评分及总分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组治疗后风团数量、瘙痒程度、风团大小、发作频率、风团持续时间评分及总分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 玉屏风散合消风散加减联合西替利嗪对小儿荨麻疹的疗效确切，可有效缓解病症，改善风团体征。
