    【摘 要】目的 分析在前牙美容修复中应用光敏复合树脂的效果。方法 选取2020年1月-2022年12月于我院行前牙美容修复的70例患者为研究对象，根据所应用修复材料的不同分为铸瓷组(采用铸瓷贴面，n=35)和光敏组(采用光敏复合树脂，n=35)，比较两组临床疗效、牙齿美观度、牙周指数和并发症发生情况。结果 光敏组治疗总有效率高于铸瓷组(P0.05)。结论 在前牙美容修复中应用光敏复合树脂可改善牙齿美观度，且不会增加并发症，美容修复效果较好，值得临床应用。
