    【摘 要】在当下职业教育变革的时代背景下，职业技能大赛对美容技术人才的培养发挥了积极的推动作用，各大高职院校开始重视技能大赛，以赛促学，以赛促教，增强学生的美容技能能力，提升医学美容技术专业的综合水平。本文主要分析了目前培养美容人才中存在的问题并提出部分解决策略，以提升学生理论及实践能力，强化人才技能培养，为中国美容行业输送更多有温度的美容技能服务型人才。
