    【摘 要】上气道是由软硬组织构成的筋膜腔隙，是生命的重要通道，其大小及通畅与否直接影响呼吸与睡眠。正畸治疗会对口颌系统产生一定的影响，从而影响上气道的形态、大小以及通气量。近些年，伴随人们对睡眠呼吸障碍疾病认识的深入，口腔正畸治疗对上气道的影响逐渐成为众学者重点关注问题。本文对正畸治疗与成人上气道形态的相互关系及其相关研究进展作一综述，以期能够为正畸治疗及相关研究提供可靠的理论借鉴基础。
