【摘 要】目的 探讨聚合瓷与复合树脂高嵌体修复用于根管治疗中的效果及对前磨牙抗折性的影响。方法 选取2021年3月-2022年5月于淄博一四八医院实施根管治疗的80例患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和参照组，每组40例。参照组采用复合树脂高嵌体修复，观察组采用聚合瓷高嵌体修复，比较两组修复效果、前磨牙抗折能力及修复满意度。结果 观察组修复成功率为97.50%，高于参照组的80.00%(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后前磨牙抗折能力优于参照组(P<0.05)；观察组修复满意度为97.50%，高于参照组的85.00%(P<0.05)。结论 聚合瓷高嵌体修复能有效提高根管治疗后前磨牙的抗折性，且其修复效果优于复合树脂高嵌体修复，患者对修复的满意度较高。
