【摘 要】目的 探讨综合性护理对慢性荨麻疹患者负面情绪及生活质量的影响。方法 选择2021年3月-2023年3月我院收治的80例慢性荨麻疹患者为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组，各40例。对照组给予常规护理，研究组在对照组基础上开展综合性护理，比较两组负面情绪、护理效果、临床症状评分及生活质量。结果 研究组干预后HAMD、HAMA评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组护理总有效率为95.00%，高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05)；研究组干预后风团数目、瘙痒症状及UAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组干预后DLQI各维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 综合性护理可有效缓解慢性荨麻疹患者的负面情绪，有利于改善其临床症状，提高护理效果，对于改善患者的生活质量、促进康复具有积极意义。
