【摘 要】目的 分析经外切眼袋入路行中面部提升术的作用。方法 选取2021年6月-2023年2月张瑞红医疗美容诊所接诊的面部整形患者100例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组行传统中面部提升术，观察组经外切眼袋入路行中面部提升术，比较两组临床疗效、并发症发生率、负性情绪及美观性。结果 观察组总有效率为98.00%，高于对照组的82.00%(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为2.00%，低于对照组的14.00%(P<0.05)；观察组术后SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组美观性优良率为98.00%，高于对照组的78.00%(P<0.05)。结论 在行中面部提升术时，经外切眼袋入路可提高手术有效性及美观性，改善患者负性情绪，且安全系数较高。
