    [摘 要]目的 研究激光技术在牙齿美白中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年1月-2022年1月我院接诊的牙齿美白患者100例为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分成A组和B组，每组50例。A组采用冷光，B组采用半导体激光，比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生率及治疗时间。结果 B组治疗总有效率为96.00%，高于A组的84.00%(P<0.05)；随访6个月，B组不良反应发生率为4.00%，低于A组的18.00%(P<0.05)；B组治疗时间为(72.19±3.28)min，短于A组的(86.39±4.82)min(P<0.05)。结论 激光技术在牙齿美白中的效果良好，治疗时间短，且随访后期牙齿变色、牙龈敏感不良反应发生率低，值得临床应用。
