    [摘 要]目的 探讨对黄褐斑患者采用光子嫩肤联合调Q激光治疗的效果。方法 选取贺州市人民医院2020年1月-2023年4月收治的277例黄褐斑患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=135)和联合组(n=142)。对照组采用调Q激光治疗，联合组采用光子嫩肤联合调Q激光治疗，比较两组临床疗效、皮肤检测结果及不良反应发生情况。结果 联合组治疗总有效率为93.66%，高于对照组的84.44%(P<0.05)；联合组治疗后皱纹、纹理、紫质沉淀、毛孔、色斑评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 光子嫩肤联合调Q激光治疗黄褐斑的效果理想，可提升疗效，改善患者的皮肤状况，且不会增加不良反应发生风险。
