    [摘 要]目的 分析对黄褐斑患者采用糠酸莫米松乳膏联合维A酸乳膏治疗的效果及安全性。方法 选择空军军医大学第二附属医院2022年1月-12月收治的70例黄褐斑患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组35例。对照组予以维A酸乳膏治疗，观察组予以糠酸莫米松乳膏联合维A酸乳膏治疗，比较两组症状积分、临床疗效、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗后症状积分低于对照组(P0.05)。结论 维A酸乳膏联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗黄褐斑的效果良好，可改善患者的临床症状，有利于提升其生活质量，同时联合应用的安全性较高，不会增加不良反应发生风险。
