    [摘 要] 白癜风属于皮肤科临床中发病率较高的病症之一，主要临床表现为皮肤、黏膜、毛囊当中的黑色素细胞脱失，并形成白色斑块形状的皮损，患者的皮损严重程度可伴随病情进一步发展而逐渐加重。白癜风会对患者的生理健康、心理健康等产生严重影响，患者于治疗期间极易出现心理障碍。心理护理通过评估患者的心理活动、心理问题等，落实具有计划性、目的性的护理工作，可调节患者的心理状况，消除负性情绪，促使患者以积极心态配合治疗。本文对白癜风患者的心理特征、治疗及护理现状、心理护理进展情况等展开综述，以期为临床护理方案的选择提供一定参考。
