    [摘 要] 牙面外源性着色属于临床中比较常见的口腔健康问题，主要是因饮食、吸烟、口腔卫生习惯等因素而导致，其不仅会严重影响牙齿的外观，还会对个人的社交互动能力形成负面影响。伴随着人们对牙齿美观度及口腔健康重视度不断提升，美白牙齿作为一种经济、简单、快捷的美白技术方式受到了广泛重视。美白牙膏主要是基于物理与化学作用帮助患者去除或减轻牙面外源性着色，从而提升牙齿美观度。本文就美白牙膏中的有效成分及其有效性作一综述。
