[摘 要]目的 分析在上前牙修复中采用即刻种植修复的美学效果及对患者骨量、牙周组织健康的影响。方法 选取2022年1月-10月于西峰区孙晓亮口腔诊所口腔科接受上前牙修复的90例患者为研究对象，根据种植方法不同分为对照组和观察组，每组45例。对照组采用延期种植修复方法，观察组采用即刻种植修复方法，比较两组骨量、骨量吸收率、美学效果及牙周组织健康情况。结果 两组术后6个月唇侧骨量均低于种植术后即刻，且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组骨量吸收率高于对照组(P<0.05)；两组修复后美学效果各维度评分均高于修复前，且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)；两组修复后牙周探诊深度、临床附着丧失、牙龈指数、菌斑指数均低于修复前，且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在上前牙修复中采取即刻种植修复的美学效果优于延期种植修复，可改善牙周组织健康水平，有利于维持唇侧骨量。
