[摘 要]目的 探究在毛发移植术后采用基于微信平台的三维一体延续性管理对其恢复效果的影响。方法 选取我院烧伤整形皮肤科2023年1月-8月收治的64例雄激素性脱发患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各32例。所有患者均实施毛发移植术，对照组采用传统术后管理，观察组采用基于微信平台的三维一体延续性管理，比较两组遵医行为、生活满意度、焦虑程度、手术效果满意度、毛发移植存活率。结果 观察组术后6个月遵医行为评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组术后6个月生活满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组术后6个月SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组术后6个月手术效果满意度评分为(7.88±1.36)分，高于对照组的(6.00±1.41)分(P<0.05)；观察组毛发移植成活率为(88.19±5.80)%，高于对照组的(79.56±8.41)%(P<0.05)。结论 基于微信平台的三维一体延续性管理能改善毛发移植术后患者恢复期的遵医行为，提高生活满意度，改善焦虑状态，提升手术效果满意度，提高毛发移植存活率，值得临床应用。
