[摘 要]目的 探究微种植体支抗对正畸矫正患者咀嚼功能和美学功能的影响。方法 选取2021年9月-2023年1月于程辛燕口腔科诊所进行正畸矫正的90例患者，按照随机抽签法将其分为常规组(n=45)和支抗组(n=45)。常规组采用口外弓支抗进行矫正，支抗组采用微种植体支抗进行矫正，比较两组正畸效果、咀嚼功能、美学功能、并发症发生率。结果 两组矫正后上中切牙倾角差值、尖牙间宽度、上中切牙凸距差值优于矫正前，且支抗组优于常规组(P<0.05)；两组矫正后咬合力和咀嚼效率优于矫正前，且支抗组优于常规组(P<0.05)；支抗组美观度量表各维度评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)；支抗组并发症发生率(8.89%)低于常规组(24.44%)(P<0.05)。结论 微种植体支抗在正畸矫正患者中的应用效果更好，能更好地改善患者的咀嚼功能和美观程度，且具有更高的安全性。
