[摘 要]目的 探讨前牙瓷贴面修复治疗期间数字微笑设计(DSD)在前牙瓷贴面修复治疗中的美容效果。方法 选择2022年2月-2024年2月我院收治的58例接受口腔医学美容治疗的患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为常规组和试验组，每组29例。常规组应用传统全瓷修复美容技术，试验组应用DSD全瓷修复美容技术，比较两组美学效果、牙周健康状况、种植体完好率及并发症发生率。结果 试验组外观、颜色匹配度、舒适度评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)；试验组治疗后PD、BI、AL均优于常规组(P<0.05)；试验组修复后3、6个月种植体完好率均高于常规组(P<0.05)；试验组并发症发生率(6.90%)低于常规组(17.24%)(P<0.05)。结论 DSD在前牙瓷贴面修复中的效果确切，可有效改善患者牙周健康状况，修复体的完好率相对较高，可以有效降低并发症发生风险，值得应用。
