[摘 要]目的 探究对急性期贝尔氏面瘫患者实施针刺治疗的效果。方法 选取本院2023年1月-10月收治的60例急性期贝尔氏面瘫患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组30例。对照组给予常规治疗，研究组在对照组基础上给予针刺治疗，比较两组面神经功能恢复情况、治疗效果、面部残疾指数及中医证候积分。结果 研究组治疗后面神经功能恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组治疗总有效率为100.00%，高于对照组的86.67%(P<0.05)；研究组治疗后社会功能评分低于对照组，躯体功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组治疗后口角歪斜、眼睑闭合积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针刺治疗在急性期贝尔氏面瘫患者中的应用效果确切，可有效改善患者的面神经功能及相关症状，提高治疗效果，对于提高患者的社会功能及躯体功能具有积极意义，值得临床应用。
