[摘 要]目的 观察正畸联合口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙的临床效果。方法 选取我院2021年1月-2022年12月收治的56例先天性缺牙患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和治疗组，各28例。对照组予以牙齿固定桥修复治疗，治疗组予以正畸联合口腔修复治疗，比较两组口腔修复效果、牙齿美学指标及口腔功能。结果 治疗组口腔修复总有效率为89.29%，高于对照组的64.29%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗组牙齿排列弧度达标度、左右上中切牙对称(宽高度)、左右上中切牙完全对称均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗组固位稳定、咀嚼功能、咬合功能评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 正畸联合口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙可取得较为满意的口腔修复治疗效果，对提高患者的牙齿美观度、改善口腔功能有积极作用，值得临床应用。
