[摘 要]目的 探究在口腔美容修复中应用光固化复合树脂的效果及对患者牙齿美观性的影响。方法 选取2020年7月-2023年7月于我院口腔科行口腔美容修复的70例患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为参照组和观察组，每组35例。参照组给予烤瓷贴面修复，观察组给予光固化复合树脂修复，比较两组口腔美容修复效果、不良结局发生情况及牙齿美观性。结果 观察组口腔美容修复优良率为100.00%，高于参照组的85.71%(P<0.05)；观察组不良结局发生率为2.86%，低于参照组的31.43%(P<0.05)；观察组修复体形态、颜色光泽、整体美观评分均高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 光固化复合树脂在口腔美容修复中的应用价值确切，其修复完整性良好，稳定性佳，可减少修复体脱落几率，对正常牙周组织刺激小，修复后牙齿美观性较高。
