人文沟通策略在皮肤美容患者护理中的应用效果

[摘 要]目的 探讨在皮肤美容患者护理中实施人文沟通策略的效果。方法 选取2022年1月-2024年1月于青岛大学附属威海市中心医院接受皮肤美容的98例患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施人文沟通策略,比较两组不良情绪、护理质量、依从性、不良反应发生情况及护理满意度。结果 观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组依从性(97.96%),高于对照组(77.55%)(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(4.08%)低于对照组(24.49%)(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度(97.96%)高于对照组(79.59%)(P<0.05)。结论 人文沟通策略在皮肤美容患者护理中的应用效果确切,可有效提升护理质量,改善患者的不良情绪,提高其治疗依从性,有利于降低并发症发生风险,从而提高患者的生活质量,且患者对护理服务的满意度较高。[关键词] 人文沟通策略;皮肤美容;依从性
