钛合金和镍铬合金烤瓷冠修复前牙临床应用比较

【摘要】目的：探讨钛合金和镍铬合金烤瓷冠修复前牙的临床应用效果比较。方法：回顾分析我科今年修复的182例患者271颗前牙，其中钛合金烤瓷冠修复132颗，镍铬合金烤瓷冠修复139颗。随访1年，评价牙龈状态，修复体外形和色泽等美学效果。结果：随访一年后钛合金烤瓷冠致使牙龈变色发生率为6.5%，牙龈炎发生率为3.6%，远低于镍铬合金烤瓷冠的35.6%和22.7%，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：钛合金烤瓷冠不易使牙龈变色和发炎，对牙周更健康，比镍镉合金烤瓷冠更具有美学效果。

【Abstract】Objective: Compare the clinical effect of Ni-Cr alloy porcelain fused metal crown(PFM)and Ti-Lite alloy PFM in restoring anterior teeth.
