【摘要】总结1例食道穿孔伴上纵隔感染及胸腔积液患者的护理，该患者收入我院之后，医护人员给予准确快速的病情的判断、及时有效的治疗及精心的护理，使患者尽快康复出院。

    【Abstract】Summary of the nursing of one patient with esophageal performation accompanying mediastinal infection and pleural effusion, after the admission, we gave the patient quick and accurate diagnosis, tinely and effective treatment and careful nursing, making the patient recover and discharge as soon as possible.
