【摘要】目的:探讨直肠癌术后并发症的发生原因及防治措施。方法:回顾分析近5年来我院直肠癌手术病人38例，统计了术式及术后并发症的发生情况。结果:19例直肠癌根治术病人，术后并发症11例，发生率为30.2% ，包括术后感染5例，尿潴留2例、肠梗阻1例、造口并发症2例，脏器损伤2例、吻合口瘘2例。结论:对直肠癌病人除加强围手术期营养支持外，充分的术前准备，精细简洁的手术操作，吻合口充分的血供及合理的引流，是减少并发症的有效方法。

    【Abstract】Objective:To explore the causes of postoperative complications of rectal cancer and its prevention measures. Methods a retrospective analysis in recent 5 years in our hospital in 38 patients with rectal cancer operation, statistics of the operative and postoperative complications. Results 19 cases of radical resection of rectal cancer patients, 11 cases had postoperative complications, the incidence was 30.2%, including postoperative infection in 5 cases, 2 cases of urinary retention, intestinal obstruction in 1 cases, 2 cases of stoma complications, organ injury in 2 cases, anastomotic fistula in 2 cases. Conclusion of rectal cancer patients in addition to strengthen peri operation stage nutritional support, sufficient preoperative preparation, fine and simple operation, anastomotic sufficient blood supply and reasonable drainage, reduce the complications is the effective method. ......
