【摘要】目的：探讨异位妊娠保守治疗中孕囊注射天花粉蛋白的应用及其临床价值。方法：回顾性分析临床病例资料31例，分为A组：B超引导下孕囊注射25例，B组：腹腔镜下孕囊注射6例，根据血β-HCG值分为3组，观察每组血β-HCG下降至<100 mIU/mL范围所需天数及有效率、过敏反应的情况。结果：两组有效率分别84.0%、100%，所需天数与血β-HCG水平呈正相关，其中血β-HCG 2001-5000 mIU/mL组A组治疗所需天数多于B组。结论：1、针对高水平血β-HCG的异位妊娠患者，孕囊注射天花粉蛋白疗效佳，全身过敏反应少；2、腹腔镜下孕囊注射方式更为直观、安全、有效，扩大了临床使用范围。

【Abstract】Objective Discussion on the clinical application of trichosanthin(TCS) fertilion egg injection on conservative treatment in ectopic pregnancy. Method Using retrospective analysis, 31 cases of ectopic pregnancy were divided into 2 groups: A group was fertilized egg injection by B-ultrasound guided, B group laparoscopic fertilized egg injection. Each group again was divided into 3 groups according to the serum β-HCG. To investigate and compare efficiency, anaphylaxis and hospital days of each group when the serum β-HCG fell to less than 100 mIU/mL. Results The efficiency was 84% and 100% respectively.
