【摘要】目的 探讨治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的临床治疗方法，并对其治疗效果进行分析研究。方法 选取2009年4月-2010年6月我院接收的Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型肱骨外科颈骨折患者100例，其中Ⅱ型57例，Ⅲ型43例，将100例患者随机分为锁定加压钢板内固定组和T 型钢板内固定组，每组各50例，对比分析两组的手术时间、骨折愈合时间以及手术的治疗效果。结果 锁定加压钢板内固定组的手术时间、愈合时间以及治疗优良率明显优于T 型钢板内固定法，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 与T 型钢板内固定法治疗相比，锁定加压钢板内固定的螺钉孔位置成角设计使内固定更稳定，骨折愈合优良率明显提高，术后早期即可进行肩关节活动恢复训练，缩短了骨折愈合的时间，具有很高的临床应用价值，值得进行临床推广应用。

【Abstract】objective to explore the humerus fractures of the surgical treatment of clinical treatment, and analyze their treatment effects .
