思美泰治疗妊娠胆汁淤积症43例疗效观察

【摘要】目的：观察分析妊娠胆汁淤积症治疗中思美泰治疗的临床疗效。方法：从2009年3月至2010年3月我院收治的妊娠胆汁淤积症患者中选取符合本次研究要求的患者86例，并将其随机分组治疗，对照组采用地塞米松，能量合剂，易善复治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上采用思美泰治疗。结果：观察组患者的瘙痒评分、总胆汁酸、谷丙转氨酶水平较对照组下降明显(P<0.05)；分娩周期明显较对照组延长，新生儿体重明显增加，产后出血、羊水污染、胎儿窘迫等明显减少，差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论：思美泰在妊娠胆汁淤积症治疗中疗效显著，值得推广。
