医院抗菌药物的临床应用中干预分析(1)

【摘要】 目的：了解医院抗菌药物的使用情况，并对抗菌药物的使用合理性进行干预、并进行分析，进一步制定合理应用方案，加强管理，为临床合理应用提供重要依据。方法：根据《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》和合理用药国际指标(SDUIs)对抗菌药物的干预指标进行调查研究，采集《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》干预前后的住院病人的数据做自身前后对照研究。结果：为了促进抗菌药物的合理用药，应该进一步采取有效措施、加强完善对抗菌药物用药干预的措施。结论：在实施合理的抗菌药物用药干预措施后，有效地减低了不合理应用抗菌药的发生，对促进安全、有效、经济、合理地使用抗菌药物起了重要作用。
