(江西省南昌市第一医院妇产科江西南昌330008)【摘要】目的：观察产后应用普林格尔治疗仪对促进子宫复旧、促进产妇泌乳和增加泌乳量的效果。方法：随机选取2010年7月-2011年12月300例为实验组，给予常规护理，应用普林格尔治疗仪治疗2次/天，连续治疗6次；另随机选择280为对照组，则给予常规护理；比较两组产后24小时宫底下降情况、阴道出血量、泌乳的迟早、乳汁淤积乳汁分泌量等情况。结果：实验组较对照组乳汁分泌量增加，开始泌乳时间早，子宫复旧好，产后24小时内出血明显减少。结论：普林格尔治疗仪促进产后子宫复旧，增加乳房泌乳，疗效好，安全可靠，使用方便，且不良反应少，值得推广。【关键词】妇女保健与卫生；产后；普林格尔治疗仪；产后康复；子宫复旧【中国分类号】R173【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1004-5511(2012)04-0096-01 【Abstract】Objective

    Explore "PuLinGe er" postpartum rehabilitation apparatus to reduce maternal postpartum hemorrhage,promoting the mother milk secretion clinical effects.Methods Random Dividing 280 cases of health puerpera into 300 cases for the observation group,280 cases for the control group,maternal postpartum observation group using conventional care,and giving the"PuLinGeer"postpartum rehabilitation apparatus rehabilitation,The control group gives conventional care,Observe the maternal postpartum contrast two groups recover and mother milk secretion..Results The observation group maternal postpartum 24h vaginal bleeding,uterine bottom height,the secretion of milk, time to first micturition time obviously better than the control group(P<0.01).
