大型综合性医院NICU进修护士带教模式的探讨

     (四川省人民医院儿科四川成都610072)【摘要】目的:探讨新生儿监护室(NICU)进修护士的带教模式,提高带教质量。方法:通过调查40名进修护士基本信息,根据其工作经验、进修目的及接受能力不同,实行导师负责制、个体化分层次分阶段带教。结果:不同职称和学历进修护士进修前后的相关理论知识和专科技能操作考试成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:导师制、个体化分层次带教模式能有效提高NICU进修人员综合素质及急救技能。【关键词】NICU;进修护士;带教模式【中图分类号】R722.1 【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1004-5511(2012)04-0017-02 【Abstract】Objective To explore the training mode for nurses on advanced study in NICU,and to improve the teaching quality. Methods Through investigate the basic personal information of 40 nurses on advanced study, the instructor responsibility system and the individualized teaching in different stage were carried out according to their work experience, objective and ability. Results There is significant difference in the nurses’ theory and practice performance before and after training(P<0.01).Conclusion The tutorial system and the individualized teaching mode for nurses on advanced study in NICU is effective, which can improve their overall quality and the first aid skill.【Key words】NICU;nurses on advanced study; teaching mode随着护理学科的快速发展 ......
