(中国人民解放军总医院北京海淀100000)【摘要】目的 探讨人工电子耳蜗植入术的护理方法。方法 选择5例感音神经性聋患者，进行人工耳蜗植入术。做好术前准备及术后护理，加强心理护理。预防和控制术后病发症。认真指导康复训练并做好出院指导。结论 人工耳蜗植入术患者及家属与医护人员积极配合，可获得良好效果。电子耳蜗植入已成为帮助深度耳聋或全聋病人恢复听觉的一个有价值的方法。【关键字】耳鼻喉科护理;电子耳蜗;患者;护理;人工电子耳蜗植入术患者的护理【中图分类号】R473.72 【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1004-5511(2012)04-0296-01 【Abstract】objective: to explore the nursing methods of cochlear implant recipients. Method: to select 5 patients of sensorineural hearing loss to receive cochlear implantation. Pre-operational preparation and post-operational nursing were administered, and psychological nursing were strengthened. Complications were prevented. We carefully guided their rehabilitation exercise, and gave discharging guidance. Conclusion: cochlear implantation recipients and their families showed good cooperation with medical staff, and satisfying results were achieved.
