【摘要】目的：通过总结我院2003至2006年对医院感染护理管理产生影响的主要项目，研究如何提高医院感染护理管理的能力。方法:将我院2004至2006年护士学历、继续教育方法、各种监督手段，各种监测结果进行统计、分析。结果:经分析表明以上各项目对医院感染护理管理的提高产生了关键影响。结论:重视护士学历提高，加强护士在职教育，狠抓环节检查，及时分析反馈微生物监测可以减少医院感染率。
