【摘要】目的 通过社区干预改变老年高血压患者的不良生活习惯，提高对高血压的认识率、服药率、血压控制率。方法 建立健康档案，进行健康宣教，饮食、运动、心理、服药等干预。结果 改变了原来的不良生活习惯，提高了对高血压的认识率、服药率、血压控制率。结论 社区护理干预对于控制高血压，提高老年高血压患者的生活质量是有效的。
