【摘要】心理因素可导致躯体疾病，疾病对病人的心理状态有明显的影响，尤其对手术病人的摧残更为严重。术前病人的心理状态是：恐惧手术，担心手术失败，担心为恶性病变，希望有经验的老医师诊治；术后病人的心理状态是：担心术后治愈率和经济负担，希望有亲人陪护，医生护士多关心。针对以上这些，临床上我们通过对手术病人实施心理护理，做好术前心理护理及术后心理护理，能减轻术后病人疼痛，收到了良好的效果。它让我们体会到：心理护理——是缓解术后病人疼痛的一项重要治疗手段，能起到药物不能取代的作用效果，且贯穿于整个手术前后的始末。其目的是帮助病人保持良好的心理状态，充分调动自身的积极因素，愉快地接受手术治疗。良好的心理可提高免疫机能，增加抵抗力，减轻疼痛，促进康复。

    【Abstract】The psychological factor to be possible to cause the body disease, the disease to have the obvious influence to patient’s psychological condition, especially devastates to the surgery patient seriously.In front of the technique patient’s psychological condition is: The frightened surgery, worried the surgery defeat, the worry is the m alignant pathological change, hoped experienced senior doctor diagnoses; After the technique patient’s psychological condition is: After the load plan curing rate and the economical burden, hoped has the family member to accompany a sick person to provide nursing care, doctor protects the store to care about. In view of above these, on clinical we through implement the psychology to the surgery patient to nurse, after complete in front of the technique the psychology to nurse and the technique the psychology nurse, after can reduce the technique the patient ache, has received the good effect. It lets us realize: After the psychology nurses——is alleviates the technique a patient ache important treatment method, can play the role effect which the medicine cannot substitute, also passes through around the entire surgery the beginning to end. Its goal is helps the patient to maintain the good psychological condition, fully transfers own positive factor, happily performs the surgery to treat.
