探讨化学发光法和放射免疫法测定血清胰岛素、C肽的比较

【摘要】目的：建立胰岛素、C肽实验宣参考值，并与放免法测定的结果进行比较。方法：应用化学发光法和放免法分别测定80例新鲜冰冻血清的胰岛素、C肽值。结果：计算出化学发光法实验室参考值，并与放免法测定的结果相比，胰岛素和C肽的相关系数分别是r1=0.92，r2=0.99。结论：实验室在应用国外生产的试剂盒时，应建立本实验室参考值。同放免法相比，化学发光法有较多的优点。

【Abstract】Objective: To establish insulin, C-peptide reference value of propaganda, and RIA determination to compare the results. Method: chemiluminescence and RIA were detected 80 cases of fresh frozen serum insulin, C-peptide values. Results: The calculated chemiluminescence laboratory reference value, and RIA Determination compared to the results, insulin and C-peptide is the correlation coefficient r1 = 0.92, r2 = 0.99. Conclusion: The laboratory in the use of the kit production abroad, should establish the laboratory reference value. Compared with RIA, chemiluminescence have more advantages.
