强直性脊柱炎的早诊断早治疗
第一作者简介：卞曙晓，男，主治医师；研究方向：疼痛治疗。【摘要】强直性脊柱炎是一种主要累及骶髂关节脊柱中轴关节为主的慢性致残性疾病，其病因未明，目前尚无特效治疗药物和治疗方法，临床上早诊断易疏漏，因此早期诊断，早期治疗，以最大限度地降低致残率，提高生活质量有重大的临床意义。
