射频热凝毁损术联合臭氧消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理
【摘要】目的：探讨在CT引导下行射频热凝毁损术联合臭氧消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的方法和护理。方法：对101例腰椎间盘突出症患者行射频热凝毁损术联合臭氧消融术治疗，加强基础护理、 心理护理、 术后指导及康复训练。结果：101例中，治愈96例；显效5例，无1例出现并发症。结论：经过2年多的临床病人应用及观察研究,射频热凝毁损术联合臭氧消融术对治疗腰椎间盘突出症有较高的治愈率。【关键词】射频热凝毁损；臭氧消融；腰椎间盘突出症；护理
