【摘要】目的:对Millard手术方法改进，整复单侧唇裂并鼻翼畸形临床效果。方法：经过临床手术改进与传统方法对比，定点简单，具有较大优异性。结果:对31例先天性单侧唇裂并鼻翼畸形一次性手术完成矫治，全部避免了II期手术，效果满意。结论采用一次性手术方法整复效果好，可减少大量人力物力，是一种值得选择的治疗途径。

【Abstract】Objective: To improve the method of Millard, the whole complex unilateral cleft lip and nasal deformity clinical effect. Methods: After surgery to improve clinical comparison with the traditional method, the sentinel simple, with great merit of. Results: 31 cases of congenital malformation of unilateral cleft lip and nose surgery completed a one-time treatment, all of the Phase II to avoid surgery, results were satisfactory. Conclusion The one-time effect of restoration method, and can reduce a lot of manpower and material resources, is a worthy choice of channels.
