【摘要】牙髓炎是口腔科临床上常见病、多发病，牙髓炎分为急性和慢性两类。急性牙髓炎的特点是发病急、疼痛剧烈，由炎症引起的急性症状可持续较长时间，给患者造成巨大痛苦。因此，研究急性牙髓炎的临床特征，分析引起该病的原因，这对于合理选择治疗方法及判断预后，从而提高患牙的治疗效果，具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。

The acute endodontitis's characteristic is sends, the ache to be fierce critically ill, causes the acute symptom sustainable long time by the inflammation, creates the huge pain to the patient. Therefore, the research acute endodontitis's clinical characteristic, the analysis causes this sickness reason, this regarding reasonable choice method of treatment and judgment prognosis, thus enhances the trouble tooth's treatment result, has the very important theory and the practical significance.
