【摘要】随着社会经济的日益发达，生产事故和交通不断增多，造成临床上因创伤引起的急性出血病人也增多，必然要给予输血抢救，它是补充因急性失血引起的血容量不足的主要的辅助方法。临床上输血技术分为输血和成份输血。其中成份输血又分为新鲜冰冻血浆(FFP)、浓缩红细胞、浓缩白细胞，浓缩血小板。输血的常见问题有过敏反应和溶血反应。本文着重阐明临床输血中常见的问题，并据以上常见问题提出相应的护理。
