【摘要】对呼吸衰竭患者采取积极的呼吸机辅助通气治疗，可以较好地缓解缺氧和二氧化碳潴留，有效提高患者的抢救成功率。气管插管呼吸机辅助机械通气是临床常用的治疗方式。呼吸衰竭患者的气管插管大多在保留自主呼吸下实施，给常规的经口明视气管插管带来很大困难，有时难以成功，而采用逆行气管插管可明显提高气管插管的成功率，同时可以减少插管时的心血管反应及其他并发症。本院对呼吸衰竭伴有困难气道者试行逆行气管插管取得一定效果。
