HSP27在胃癌中的表达及意义(1)

     [摘 要] 目的 研究胃癌组织中热休克蛋白27(HSP27)的表达及与临床、病理资料之间的关系。方法 收集佳木斯大学附属第一医院病理科2007–2009年未接受任何干预治疗的原发性胃癌病人标本60例,正常胃组织22例,所有标本均经病理学证实。采用免疫组织化学方法,检测HSP27在其中的表达情况,结合临床病理资料进行统计分析。结果 HSP27的表达:在60例胃癌组织中的阳性表达率为73.3%,在22例正常胃组织中为31.8%,说明HSP27在胃癌组织和正常胃组织中的表达具有显著差异(P<0.01); HSP27的表达与病人年龄、性别、肿瘤组织类型和浸润胃壁深度无明显相关性(P>0.05);与肿瘤分化程度、远处转移和临床病理分期具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论 HSP27在胃癌组织中高表达,阳性率为73.3%,提示与胃癌发生、发展密切相关; HSP27的表达与病人年龄、性别、肿瘤组织类型和浸润胃壁深度无明显相关性;与肿瘤分化程度、远处转移和临床病理分期具有相关性。

    [Abstract] Objective: To study the heat shock protein in gastric carcinoma 27 (HSP27) expression and the clinical and pathological data relationships. Methods: Pathology in our hospital from 2007 to 2009, which did not receive any intervention treatment of patients with primary gastric cancer resection specimens of 60 cases, 22 cases of normal gastric tissue, all samples were confirmed by pathology. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect HSP-27 expression in which, combined with clinical data were statistically analyzed. Results: HSP27 expression: in 60 cases of gastric carcinoma HSP27 positive expression rate of 73.3%, in 22 cases of normal gastric tissue was 31.8%, indicating that HSP27 in gastric cancer and normal gastric tissues significant difference (P = 0.001 <0.01); in gastric cancer HSP27 expression and patient age, gender, tumor type and tumor-infiltrating gastric wall depth was no significant correlation (P> 0.05); in gastric HSP- 27 expression and tumor differentiation tumor、 metastasis、clinical pathological stage correlated (P <0.05).Conclusion: HSP27 is highly expressed in gastric cancer, the positive rate was 73.3%, suggesting that with the development of gastric cancer are closely related; and patient age, gender, tumor histological type and depth of gastric wall invasion was not related sex; and tumor differentiation, distant metastasis and clinical staging relevant.
