[摘 要] 目的 应用超声心动图技术评价阿托伐他汀对阵发性心房颤动(PAF)患者左房功能的影响。方法 PAF患者58例，随机分为2组，对照组28例单独口服可达龙；治疗组30例给予可达龙+阿托伐他汀口服，阿托伐他汀20mg/天；应用超声心动图测定二组治疗前及治疗后12个月、18个月时静息状态下左房主动排空容积(LAAEV)、左房主动排空分数(LAAEF)、左房最大容积(LAVmax)、左房总排空容积(LATEV)、左房总排空分数(LATEF)、及左心房射血力(LAEF)。结果 治疗组，第12个月与治疗前比较，反应左房辅泵功能的指标LAAEV及LAEF均有显著减少(P<0.05)；治疗后第18个月与治疗前比较，LAAEV、VA及LAEF均有增加(P<0.05)，且反映左房储存功能的指标LAVmax、LATEV及LATEF均有增加(P<0.05)。对照组，第18个月与治疗前比较，LAAEV、VA、A-VTI及LAEF均有显著减少(P<0.05)。结论 PAF患者长期应用阿托伐他汀左房功能得到改善。

Effect of Atorvastatin for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation on left atrial function.

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the effects of Atorvastatin for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(PAF)in patients on left atrial(LA) function. Methods Fifty eight PAF patients were devided into two groups(treatment and controlled groups)；before treatment， echocardiography parameters including LA active emptying volume(LAAEV)、LA active emptying fraction(LAAEF)、LA maximum volume(LAVmax)、LA total emptying volume(LATEV)、LA total emptying fraction (LATEF)、and LA ejection force(LAEF) were measured； twelve months and eighteen months after treatment， those parameters were measured again. Results Group of treatment， Compared with pretreatment ，the changes of LA pump function such as LAAEV and LAEF decreased significantly twelve months after treatment (P<0.05)；LAAEV and LAEF increased significantly eighteen months after treatment(P<0.05)，and the indicator of LA reservoir function such as LAVmax、LATEV and LATEF increased significantly eighteen months after treatment(P<0.05).group of controlled， Compared with pretreatment， LAAEV and LAEF decreased significantly eighteen months after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with PAF use atorvastatin in long-term which have good impact at a specified future date.
