[摘 要] 目的 探讨外周穿刺中心静脉置管术(peripherally inserted central catheter， PICC)在危重患者救治中的应用效果和护理方法。方法 回顾性分析了82例危重患者在ICU中救治时应用PICC的效果和护理体会。结果 82例患者PICC一次置管成功率为96.3%。结论 PICC为危重患者救治提供了一个可靠、安全的静脉通路。保持导管通畅和预防导管感染，是保证外周穿刺中心静脉导管有效使用的主要措施。

    [Abstract] Object ：To investigate the effect and nursing method of peripherally inserted central catheter among severe patients. Methods：We retrospectively analysed effect and nurse of PICC in treating 82 severe patients in ICU. Results：The success rate of first inserting 82 cases was 96.3%. Conclusions：PICC is a reliable and secure vein way for severe patients. Keeping catheter going and preventing catheter infection is main management for using PICC.
