[摘 要]目的 分析探讨小儿病毒性脑炎的护理方法及注意事项。方法 回顾分析我科室对22例病毒性脑炎患儿的整体化护理。根据患儿具体病情实施治疗，并同时给予相关护理措施，发热患儿护理、昏迷患儿护理、呼吸道护理、惊厥的护理和基础护理等。结果 22例患儿中20例患儿治愈出院，1例因经济原因放弃治疗，1例患儿表现为反应较生病前迟钝，四肢肌力稍高，活动障碍。结论 在治疗过程中，严密观察患儿病情变化，做好症状护理、基础护理等护理措施，对患儿康复起着非常重要的作用。
